Bill is a T/S SCI Security Cleared, Senior Microsoft 365 Architect and AI Engineer.  With 20+ years of experience across enterprise M365, sovereign cloud environments, and federal compliance frameworks, he specializes in Copilot readiness, GCC/GCC-High architecture, and AI governance for some of the most security-conscious organizations in the public and private sector. A former civilian contractor recognized for 10 years of service in Iraq and Afghanistan, Bill writes for practitioners and decision-makers alike — translating complex Microsoft technology into clear, field-tested guidance.  Bill lives in North Florida, and enjoys the gulf beaches of the Pan Handle with his wife of 24 years, Maria, and their daughter.
