Find Shared Content in Chat You can now easily access shared links and files within a Teams chat by selecting the Shared tab. This feature allows you to quickly locate specific content using the search bar or by filtering results through the Recent, Files, or Links tabs.
Show or Hide the Discover Feed To manage the visibility of the Discover feed in your channels list, go to Settings and more > Settings and toggle the Show Discover in your channel list option on or off.

Your Emoji Just Got Personal Teams now allows you to customize and upload your own unique emojis to use in reactions or messages. To upload a custom emoji, follow these steps:
- In the message compose box, select Emoji, GIFs, and Stickers.
- Choose Emoji > Your org’s emoji > Add emoji.
- Select an image or GIF file and click Add emoji.
Search Results Now Include Chat Messages When you perform a search in Teams, the results will now include chat messages. To filter the results to show only messages, press the Enter key and select Messages beneath the search bar.

Keep Inactive Channels Hidden Teams now automatically detects and hides inactive channels. To view hidden channels, go to Teams and select See all channels under a team. Click on Hidden to see the team’s hidden channels. You can manage which channels are visible by hovering over a channel and selecting Show or Hide.
Don’t Miss a File Files attached to a meeting invite in Microsoft Outlook for Windows or Outlook for web are now visible in your Teams calendar on the desktop app.
Presenter Orderability for Webinars You can now customize the order in which webinar presenters are displayed on the event page. Open the event details from your Teams calendar, select Setup > Presenter bios, and drag the names into the desired order.

Control Your Channel Notifications You can now fine-tune your channel notifications by either opting out of notifications for all subsequent updates in a channel conversation you’ve participated in or opting in to get notified of updates to a conversation you haven’t previously participated in. Select More options next to a channel post and turn notifications on or off for the rest of the messages in that thread.
All the Channel Information, All in One Place Channel cards are now available on Teams for desktop and web, providing a quick overview of a channel. Hover over a channel name in the header or wherever a channel is mentioned to see the channel description, the time of last activity, the team name, and member information. Channel cards also offer shortcuts to notification settings, owner channel management, and the channel roster.
Set Custom Sound Notifications To help you stay focused and prioritize tasks, you can now customize the sound of your Teams notifications. Assign different sounds to various types of notifications, such as urgent messages, or mute notification sounds when you’re busy or in a meeting. Go to Settings and more at the top right of Teams, and find options to customize your notification sounds in the Notifications and activity menu.
